The Newport Mall and Resorts World Manila’s Chocolate Festival

This year, the Newport Mall will be celebrating its Chocolate Festival starting September 15-30, 2014. In the celebration of 5^th anniversary of Resorts World Manila, they promise to spoil all chocolate-lovers with non-stop sugar rush. They showcase mouthwatering chocolatier experience to all chocoholics.

In the celebration, Resorts World Manila and Newport Mall will bring the different signature of Chocolate Creations made by the chefs of participating restaurants. From decadent selections of confections and treats to delightful chocolate-infused dishes and amazingly delicious masterpieces made from chocolates.

Classic Chocolate desserts and pastries made even more delicious which is prepared by Impression, they served Souffle Triology. In addition, the sinful Chocolate Truffle Surprise Cake by Red Crab, Choco Lava by Marriott Café, Chocolate Bun by Café Maxims and Double Chocolate Roll Cake of Remington Bar. 

There’s also local favorites made even more delectable with chocolates like Chocolate Truffle Buchi of Johnny Chow, Deep Fried Choco Buchi of Passion Restaurant, and Crisostomo’s Iday, a suman dipped in chocolate fondue. Chocolate cocktails and concoctions are also ready to treat chocoholics at Bar 180, The Terrace, Bar 360, TWG Tea, Passion, Genting Club, Johnny Chow, Marriott Café and more.

From September 19 to 28, you can explore the Newport Mall’s The Plaza will transform into a huge Chocolate Market. Different stalls offering all kinds of chocolates from the Philippines and all over the world. So chocoholics… be ready!

On September 20, witness a breathing culinary exhibition, where talented chefs will create and curve out masterpieces out of chocolates. From September 20-28, from 7pm-9pm, popular chocolate-themed movies will be shown at the venue giving the shoppers an added sweet dose of entertainment.

You can also visit the Chocolate exhibit at the ground floor that is open until September 30 and features an awae-inspiring and mouthwatering display of sculptures of Filipino and American icons such as Kris Aquino, Dolphy, John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley.
