Chef Hasset Go Bloggers Night At Il Mercati Food Bazaar

It was my first time at Il Mercati Food Bazaar in Metrowalk. Moreover, it was a pleasure to be part of another Chef Hasset Go Blogger's night. Last year was a blast on his 1st Anniversary. This time it was different but more fun!

I remember the live cooking demo of Chef Nando of Los Hermanos, one of the concessionaires of the Il Mercanti Food Bazaar in Metrowalk. I really love Paella and luckily, he cooked it in front of us and let each of us to taste it after the demo, it was very good.

Then the band Boyz Next Door showed us their skit, and they says that it was their first time to perform it live because use to have their channel where people can watch them. Next the Tagalog-speaking Japanese singer Aisaku sings the crowd with his romantic talagalog song which I forgot the title.

And of course, the most awaiting part of the event is when Chef Hasset Go did his live cooking demo. He cooked pasta using the products of King Sue, I taste the pasta because DJ Churley asked me to try it, and it's really great. This is the first time that I have seen Chef Hasset cooking some dish because as we know, as a co-owner of MedChef, they are specialized in Homemade Cakes, Pastries and Desserts that we used to buy in front of ABS-CBN.

In addition, he prepared his best selling Pastry Tower using ingredients of Puratos and have it as a game for group of six bloggers.  The rule is, the first one who finish eating the Pastry Tower and will shout "MedChef! San Ka Pa!" will win. Our team is very eager to win the contest, and we did all our best to win the challenge.

As the finale, a Cake Fashion Show showcasing us the cakes of Chef Hasset Go's who is will feature in soon-to-be-launched recipe book entitled Desserts to Go that are so pleasing to our eye's rump on the stage.

Oh, by the way, it was hosted by DJ Churley of 101.9 Tambayan and Ms. Kathy Solis of ABS-CBN and thanks to Mark Joseph Delgado for inviting me once again.
