Eastwood City Celebrates It's 1st Chili Fest

Most of Filipino loves spicy foods. Chili was even added in their condiments during meal. Personally, I am not pond of eating spicy food because I was scared of the burning sensation and not until I tried it during the celebration of Eastwood City 1st ever Chili Fest. The month long celebration will be from September 8 to October 1 in the Eastwood Mall, where you ca enjoy the spice-infused delicacies.

This festivities aims to support local producers and boost support for small business owners of chili products, Eastwood City's Chili Fest gathers more than 20 local chili farmers and merchants offering an array of new flavors and recipes of chili goods all in one place.

Just in time, it heats up the rainy days as it showcases the wide variety of chili products and chili infused foods, all proudly made in the Philippines.

Those who love spices you can visit and try the products such as Chili Honey Wine, Grilled Jalapeno Chili Steak Bites, Spicy Chocolate, Sili Ice Cream, spicy Sisig sa Gata, Bicol Crunch Chips, Sriracha Empanada, Okonomiyaku with Chili Cheese Overload, Chili Garlic, Coco Garlic Banana Hot Sauce, Kalabasa Curry Hot Sauce, Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, Roasted Pineapple Hot Sauce, Spicy Gourmet Food, Spicy Butter, Spicy Garlic Spread, Chili Pods, Red Habanero Powder, Dietary Supplement made with Cayene Pepper, and more.

It was in partnership with Chili Growers Philippines, Syu International Inc., and Flavor Lab.
