Hidenori Izaki founded the Samurai Coffee Experience, a globa coffee consulting company where he travels more than 200 days a year all over the world to educate people about coffee, conduct consultancy, professional barista training, coffee roasting and product development. Hidenori is also serves as a technical consultant for an espresso machinery company.
During the event there are some presentation from the sponsors and Hidenori which give us the idea of how your cup of coffee made great by using products that are matched to it.
Then, the Latte Art Throwdown took place as the baristas all over the country showcase their skills and passion in making great coffee latte art. Hidenori Azaki also, give some pointer in making good coffee that is why all the participants of the competition was very inspired to fight for the battle.
The Latte Art Throwdown competition was fast and during the final round, the judges are having a hard time in choosing the winner. One of their basis was who can create it fast, clean and clear design. And the winner for the Latte Art Throwdown is Andy Abergas Luyugoy of Toby's Estate Philippines. Sorry I don't have the image of the winner because I have to leave early that time. :(
The event was hosted by TV Personality and Foodie Xandra Rocha and was sponsored by Allegro Beverage, Victoria Arduino espresso machines, Jolly Cow Fresh Milk, Lotus Biscoff, and Coffee Project.
