Cook With The Masters At The Lee Kum Kee Festival

Last August 27 and 28 at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, we witness how Chef Eugene Raymundo and Chef Sandy Daza as they shared their expertise in culinary and their Lee Kum Kee Recipes for the Lee Kum Kee second leg of the weekend cooking festival.

Lee Kum Kee as the leader in Authentic Chinese sauces is celebrating their 123rd years of giving superior quality products to every home. The cooking festival was started off with renowned food stylist Chef Eugene Raymundo showing us how easy it is to prepare something special for our loved ones. He shared three (3) amazing recipes that will surely hit to our family. These are the Oriental Crab Cake Salad with Premium Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee soup base for seafood hot pot, the Spicy Honey Pork Ribs with Oriental Sauce for Pork Chop and the Superior Beans with Lee Kum Kee's Ox sauce.


On the following day, the most familiar faces in the Philippine Culinary scene as he give tips and sharing his kitchen secrets and as he returns to cook with the master kitchen, of course none other than Chef Sandy Daza. He once again amaze us with his easy Lee Kum Kee recipes as he highlighted the various Lee Kum Kee products.


Audience who participated in the cooking demo has also got to show their cooking skills in the kitchen. Two separate kitchen areas were setup for the instant apprentices complete with all the ingredients and Lee Kum Kee products that they needed to prepare the dish. The two Chef has shared their step by step procedure in their recipes as they guided them during the demo.

Also, they have various booth activity area called Lee Kum Kee Kitchen which is divided into three (3) main sections. These are the heritage of Lee Kum Kee, the tasting area and the photo booth. The participants who have been completed the three booths will took home a cool prizes from Lee Kum Kee.
